About the position
We are currently seeking a young and dynamic professional in its early stages of career (i.e., 1-3 years of practice) to act as a junior associate in our Corporate Law, Contracts and Governance Team, which is currently our most relevant practice. There, he/she/they will be in contact with cases and clients from different backgrounds and areas, from the entertainment industry to the thriving Brazilian Startup Scene.
Many of our cases demand the assessment and drafting of documents in English, thus a high proficiency in English is required for the position.
Previous relevant experiences in Corporate Law will be considered, although we also encourage talented young professionals with different backgrounds also to apply.
The position implies working on Brazilian law but also on foreign laws, particularly those of common law jurisdictions. It is therefore very important that the candidate is curious and open minded enough to carry out analytical work involving foreign norms.
We are looking for someone who will always be eager to find legal and business-oriented solutions for our clients by taking/suggesting action plans or strategies on proactive and timely basis, with a detail-orientated and priority-driven approach, excellent commercial awareness and proven team skills.
